Hours of Operation
May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend – Yacht Club Office

• Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Fall Hours (Until Thanksgiving)
• Daily: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thanksgiving Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Transient Slip Rates (Per Night)

• Up to 40′ – $1.95/foot (Minimum $50)
• Over 40′ – $2.20/foot
• Maximum stay: 3 nights
• Advance booking required – minimum 1 week in advance
• Note: Hourly rates are not available.

Transient Slip Rental Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for all transient slip usage at the Marina.

Boaters – General Transient Slips

• Transient slips are designated for clients boating in only. Drive-in guests are not eligible for transient slip use.
• A maximum stay of 3 nights is permitted.
• Exceptions to the 3-night limit may be granted in the event of inclement weather as a safety concerns.
• Local residents are not permitted to rent transient slips under any circumstances.

Resort Guests

• Guests staying at the resort may rent a transient slip for the duration of their resort stay.
• Trailer parking is arranged by the resort front desk, not SWM.
• A valid resort room key must be presented before a slip will be assigned.
• Standard transient slip rates (as listed on our website) will apply.

Restaurant Visitors

• Based on availability, slips are provided at no cost for guests dining at the restaurant
• Upon arrival, boat keys must be left at the marina office.
• When departing, guests must present a restaurant meal receipt to retrieve their keys.
• No charge will be applied if a valid meal receipt is provided.
• If no receipt is shown, the guest will be required to pay the full daily slip rate. (Please note: Hourly rates are not available.)
